Joyce Stieber (nee Kosch)

Age 82 of Crestwood passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Northwestern Medicine Palos Community Hospital.  Joyce was born in Chicago, IL to the late Fred and the late Alma (nee Carrano) Koschnitzki.  Beloved wife of the late Daniel R. Stieber; loving mother of Kari Fitzgibbons, stepmother of Martin (Kathy) Stieber, Dale Stieber, and the late Daniel (Sue) Stieber; cherished grandmother of Casey and Maggie Fitzgibbons, Jeff (Vicky) Stieber, Danielle (Michael) LeMay, Daniel Stieber, Alana Stieber, Alex Wienckowski, Michael Creagan, Ryan Creagan, and Michael Walker dear sister of the late Phyllis (late Robert) Stevens, the late Phillip Kosch, Patricia (late Eugene) Jochens, the late Fred (Kathy) Kosch, Sandra (John Jr.) Kucala; loved aunt, cousin, and friend of many.  Joyce was an LPN for many years, retiring from Little Company of Mary Hospital, Evergreen Park, IL.  She was a member of Crestwood Pool where she enjoyed swimming with her friends.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.  A Memorial Mass will be held at 9:30am on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Incarnation Catholic Church, Crestwood, IL.
