Age 72 of New Lenox, IL passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at Lightways Hospice, Joliet, IL.  John was born in Ottawa, IL to the late John and Mary (nee Dombrowski) Farnetti.  Beloved husband of over 49 years of Mary Lynn (nee Novak) Farnetti; loving father of Anthony (Alexis) Farnetti, Andrew (Chloe) Farnetti, and Taylor (Jonathan) White; cherished Papa of Landon and Lainey Farnetti, Connor, Ashton, and Pearl Farnetti, and Beckett White; dear brother of the late David Farnetti; loved uncle, cousin, and friend of many.  John retired from the Insurance industry as Vice President of Claims.  John loved to golf, fish, spoil his grandkids, and spend time with family and friends.  He will be most remembered for how selfless and truly caring he was, especially to family.  In lieu of flowers memorials in John’s name to Lightways Hospice, Joliet, IL https://lightways.org/donate/ or Trinity Lutheran Church, New Lenox, IL https://secure.myvanco.com/L-Z3A7/home would be appreciated.  The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E.
