John Patrick Duggan, age 47, of Frankfort, passed away on Sunday September 27, 2026. He has been reunited with his son Sean Patrick Duggan. Loving father of Abbey Ireland Duggan, Aidan Thomas Duggan and the late Sean Patrick Duggan; cherished son of James and Noreen Duggan, nee Murphy; brother of Brendan Duggan, Declan Duggan and Brian (Kalynn) Duggan; uncle of Rory and Sheamus Duggan; friend to many.
Family will receive family and friends Friday, October 2, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Prayers in the funeral home chapel Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 10:30 AM proceeding to St. Anthony Catholic Church for Mass of Christain Burial at 11:00 AM.
