Age 73, a resident of New Lenox, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Survived by his son Chris (Izzi) Miller; brother of George (Helen) Miller, Joan (Michael) Isabelli, Jean (Ben) Venegas, brother-in-law Gary Pierce; former spouse and dear friend Kathy Miller; numerous nieces, nephews; and his fond grand-dog Millie. Preceded in death by his parents George and Mary Miller, and sister Barbara Pierce. John was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and enjoyed golfing. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Funeral service and Interment will be private for the family. WEARING MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL IN ATTENDANCE. NO FOOD PERMITTED IN THE FUNERAL HOME.
