Age 56, a resident of Orland Park, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2019. Beloved son of the late Carlos and Rafaela Perez (Vazquez); loving brother of Odette, Jonathan, Sidney, and Aleida; cherished uncle of Kourtny, Ashley, Nicholas, Michael, Andrew, Dominque, Amanda, Riley, and Lillianna. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel,102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 3-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL 60451. Interment private.
