Joan A. Cookenmaster (McDonald)
Age 73, of New Lenox, passed away on September 24, 2016. She is survived by her loving family; children Fredrick (Lisa) Thomas, Jr., Jeffery (Crystal) Thomas and Lillian (William) Baber; siblings, Leona (late Chuck) Shillen, Delores Storrs, Jeannette (James) Dupree, Joanne (Ernest) Landry and Donna (Mike) Syocovitch; grandchildren Michael and Jaime Thomas, Miriah and Victor Thomas, Deena and Nicholas Baber; great grandchildren Santi and Noriah and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband Fredrick Thomas and second husband Richard Cookenmaster. She was a member of Eagles Club Gladwin, MI. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
