Jerry C. McMurtrey, age 99, of Frankfort, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Loving husband of the late Jean McMurtrey, nee Wyatt; beloved father of Michael (Betty) McMurtrey, Susan (Walt) Gregory, Mark (Ivy) McMurtrey, Sandra Ufen and Chris McMurtrey; cherished grandfather of 10; great grandfather of 7; dearest brother of the late June (the late Ted) Ashmos; fond uncle to several nieces and nephew.

Avid golfer and Chicago White Sox fan.

Family will receive friends Friday, October 09, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423.
