Jeffrey Carl Lawrence

Jeffrey Carl Lawrence, age 42, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 5, 2022.

Jeffrey is survived by his loving parents, Carl and Maryann (nee Furmaniak) Lawrence; daughter, Arbella Buchanan; siblings, Pamela (Late Michael) Englert, Patricia Cuthbertson, Kathryn (Michael) Hackney; nieces and nephews, Michael, Laura, Melissa, Michael, Jake and Matthew; great nieces and nephews, Ryland, Dylan, Emma, and Mikey; his Auntie E; and his Uncle Bob.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Walter and Jean Furmaniak; paternal grandparents Herbert and Gladys Swab; and his Auntie Barb.

Jeffrey was originally from Brighton Park and was known to many by the nickname of “Pepsi”. Jeffrey had a passion for watching his cherished Chicago Cubs. He was an incredibly hard worker and was the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back. He was also a wonderful cook who loved making polish food for his family. He was a kind man that will be missed by all that knew him.

Services for Jeffrey will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 with a visitation at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL from 3pm until the time of service at 7pm. In lieu of flowers donations to The ALS Association in Jeffrey’s name would be appreciated.
