Jean V. Kazminski (Prokop), Age 68, a resident of Frankfort passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. Loving wife of Alan Kazminski; beloved mother of Jenni (Brian, Sr.) McBride and Nikki (Dan) Kozak; dearest sister of John (Mickey) Prokop; cherished grandmother of Madisen, Brian, Jr., Ella, Rylee and Jaxson. A memorial visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Inurnment will be private.
