Jason M. Crawford
31, late of Joliet. Survived by his loving family; his daughter Jamie Christina Crawford; fiancée Tara Pacheco; his mother, Karen (Pete) Theobald, his father, Randy (Debbie) Crawford; sisters, Heidi (Fred) Guerra and Alyssa Theobald; a step-brother Joseph Carr; grandparents, Ann and the late William Fang, Mary and Nick Guzzi, and Jerry and Terri Crawford; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted and placed into a 529 plan for the future college expenses of Jamie Christina Crawford. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, January 25, 2013 from 3:00PM until time of Memorial Service at 7:00PM.
