Jamie (Hymay) T. Dominski, 42, of New Lenox, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019.
Jamie is survived by his sons, Dylan, Miles, and Travis, loving parents, Thomas Dominski and Carol Erdmann, brother, Brian (Joe Dallin), grandmother, Rita Erdmann, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jamie was preceded in death by his grandparents, William G. Erdmann and Sigmund and Laura Dominski.
Jamie was a devoted father, a proud member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 2, a friend to many, and an avid music lover.
Family will receive friends Saturday, February 23rd, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated. For information, www.kurtzmemorialchapel.com or 815-806-2225.
