JACOB M. FANNING
Age 25, of New Lenox, passed away November 21st , 2016.
Jacob is survived by his loving family, parents, Kevin & Bonnie Fanning (Kehl), grandmother, Carol Gilday, brothers, Jason Fanning, Joseph Fanning and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jacob was preceded in death by his grandparents, George & Helen Fanning and Donald Kehl.
Jacob was a 2009 graduate of Lincoln Way Central High School.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Sunday, November 27th, 2016 from 2:00 PM until time of funeral service at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private. For information, www.kurtzmorialchapel.com or 815-485-3200.
