Age 17, a resident of Mokena, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Loving son of Gregory and Carolyn (nee Fox) Manka; cherished brother of Ashley Manka and Kyle Manka; dearest grandson of Arlene (late Anthony) Fox and Frank ( late Therese) Manka, also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Jacob was a student at Lincoln Way Central High School, he played lacrosse for the Lincoln Way Lacrosse Club, he loved to draw and was known as the Gentle Giant with a Big Heart. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Monday, May 27, 2019 from 2-9 PM. Funeral Service, Tuesday, May 28, 2019 prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:15 AM leaving for St. Mary Catholic Church, Mokena for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
