Age 68, of Lockport passed away Friday, September 14th, 2012 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet.

Jackqueline is survived by her loving family, step-daughter, Patricia (James) Dainty, siblings, Edward (Lovida) Weis, Sr., Ronald (Tina) Schumacker, dear nephew, Jeffery Schumacker, numerous nieces and nephews, six step-grandchildren, two step-great grandchildren and friends Becky Holt and Phyllis Schumacker.

Jackqueline was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clark and siblings, Howard Weis and Donald Weis.

Jackqueline was a member of St. Dennis Catholic Church and a member of the Moose Lodge #575 both in Lockport.

Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, IL, 60441 on Tuesday, September 18th, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral, Wednesday, September 19th, 2012 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Dennis Catholic Church, 1214 S.
