Jack Miller

Jack Miller, age 79 a resident of New Lenox, formerly of Manhattan and Joliet, passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Amita Health St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. He is survived by his loving family, his beloved wife of 56 years Carol Miller (Lewis); dearest children Jeffrey Miller and Lori (Gregory) Dumroese; cherished grandchildren Wyatt Dumroese, Cole Dumroese and Kailee Miller; fond brother Eric (Patricia) Miller and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Eric and Mildred (Warning) Miller, and two brothers Donald Miller and Rudolph Miller. Jack was a veteran of the United States Navy. He worked for many years at Com Ed, retiring as a manager. He loved spending time with his family, he enjoyed gardening and woodworking both making and restoring pieces that are used in his family’s homes. Funeral Services for Jack will be held privately.
