Irene F. Fay (nee Zadylak)
97, of New Lenox formerly of Oak Lawn and Markham passed away, August 28, 2017. She is survived by her loving daughter Nancy (Wayne) Palmquist; dear granddaughter Lynn Palmquist; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Vincent and Sophia (nee Tokarz) Zadylak, her husband Harold W. Fay, her son Warren Fay and a brother Milton Zadylak. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 4pm - 8pm. Interment will be private.
