Helen Cardani (nee Mudd)
85, passed away Wednesday, January 08, 2014 at El Paso Health Care Center, El Paso, IL. She was born in Seneca, IL to the late Thomas and Pauline (nee Basham) Mudd. Helen is survived by her loving family; her daughter, Deb (Marvin) Glatz; her son, Larry (Diana) Cardani; six grandchildren, Leann (Jeremy) Bolte, Eric Cardani, Richard, Elizabeth, and Diane Glatz and Rebecca (Phil) Fabiam; six great-grandchildren, Annabelle and Ashton Veloz, Nathan and Dominik Glatz, Fallon and Shannon McDermot; a sister Mary Layne. Preceded in death by her husband George J. Cardani; her brothers, Glen and Thomas Mudd. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, Friday, January 10, 2014 from 9:00AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00AM in the funeral home chapel. Service will conclude at the funeral home. Private Interment will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
