HANS PETER HANSEN
Age 80, of New Lenox, passed away Saturday, March 16th, 2013 at the Manteno Veterans Home in Manteno.
Hans is survived by his loving family, children, William Hansen, James (Laura) Hansen, Diane O'Connor, Margaret (David) Butkus, Linda (Robert) Zieman, siblings, Andrew (Theresa) Hansen, Mae Tolemy, grandchildren, Luke, Eric (Linda), Ian, Jacob, Tim, Sarah, Jacob, Nicholas, Alexander, Jessica, Matthew and great grandson Joseph.
Hans was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew & Katherine Hansen (Johnson), wife, Mary Ellen Hansen (Oldenstedt).
Hans was a U.S. Army Veteran who served in Korea. He was a member of the VFW and Plumbers Local #130 UA.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, March 20th, 2013 from 3:00 PM until time of funeral service at 8:00 PM.
