Frank Subka, better known as "Charley", died peacefully at home on April 29, 2017. Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Schuler) Subka; father to Robert Startz Jr, Marjorie Otis and Beverly Aiwohi. He is also survived by four grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He was a WWII U.S. Army Veteran. Charley worked for American Airlines as a mechanic at O'Hare International Airport for many years. Private services were held and burial is at Lockport City Cemetery.
