67, of Flossmoor, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Franciscan St. James Hospital, Olympia Fields, IL. Francis was born in Chicago to the late Frank and Delma (nee Porter) Betz. Francis is survived by his sisters, Violet Mesch, and Debbie Betz; nieces, Dawn (Kevin) Schultz, Diana (Scott) Kunz, and nephew, Frank (Lisa) Harlan; other nieces, and great nieces and nephews also survive. Francis was a U.S. Army Veteran. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Francis' name to the American Heart Association or Manteno Veteran's Home would be appreciated. Inurnment with Honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery on Thursday, April 5, 2018. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 11:15am.
