Francis " Franky" R. Licka, age 19 of Frankfort, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2014. He is survived by his loving family; mother Sandra (nee Vought) Licka; sister Kim Licka; niece Kaylee Vermillion. He was preceded in death by his father Francis E. Licka. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 1:00pm until time of memorial service at 4:00pm in Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423.
