Faith Elyse Perry, age 2, of Mokena, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago. Loving daughter of Alec and Rachel (Medina) Perry; beloved sister of Bennett Dienst and Iris Dienst; cherished granddaughter of Karen (Keith) Shaw, Dan (Karen) Medina, Jim and Renee Perry; dearest god daughter of Paige Shaw and Luke Schuler. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles. A visitation for Faith will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox IL 60451 on Monday, November 7, 2022 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be held privately. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Lurie’s Children’s Hospital or Advocate Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.
