101, of Frankfort formerly longtime of Matteson, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 19 2018. Loving wife of the late Henry Molthan; beloved mother of Carol (Bruce) Vollrath, Paul (Connie) Molthan, Sr. and Janice (John) Sabey; dearest sister of the late Arnold (late Valderine) Wolter, Esther (late Milton) Mahler and late Aurelia (Bill “Knock” ) Metzger; cherished grandmother Jim (Laura) Vollrath, Dan (Ashley) Vollrath, Paul Molthan, Jr., Randy (Eleanor) Molthan, Scott Molthan, John Sabey, Jr., Christopher Sabey and Tracey (Greg) Adams; proud great grandmother of Julia, Luke and Leo Vollrath, P.J., Dorothy and Charlie Molthan, Cloe and Sophia Molthan and Oliver Adams; fond aunt of several nieces and nephews, also survived by several cousins. Evilena was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and a former member of Zion Lutheran Church in Matteson, she enjoyed playing golf, cards and ballroom dancing. And She is the Evilena in “Evilena’s Red Dresser store in Frankfort. The family will receive friends at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 177 Luther Lane, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00AM.
