Eva Hope Ludvigsen
Age 7 months, passed away on Sunday April 14, 2019 at Lurie Children’s Hospital. Loving daughter of Carl and Elaine (Hughes) Ludvigsen; cherished Sister of Glen Ludvigsen; beloved granddaughter of Constance Hughes, the late Edward Hughes, Ellen Ludvigsen and the late Glenn Ludvigsen; dearest niece of the late Gary Hughes, Jeff (Sheila) Hughes, Rick (Lynn) Hughes, Gene Hughes and Eric Hughes; Julie Ludvigsen, Melissa (Rory) Keller and Melanie (Oliver) Ludvigsen-Malcolm and many cousins. A memorial visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a memorial service at 8:00 PM.
