Eugenia R. Borbely

Eugenia R. Borbely "Jeanne" 65, of Evergreen Park was born in Chicago to the late John Trotta and late Rosella (late Arthur) Abbott, passed away May 15, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Mark S. Borbely; loving mother of Jennifer (Steve) Kirchman; proud Nana of Madelynn and Konnor Kirchman; dear sister of the late Thomas (MaryEllen) Trotta Sr. and the late Michael Trotta; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Jeanne was a dedicated worker at Palos Community Hospital for 38+ years. She was an avid slot machine player and known as a caretaker to MANY family and friends. When someone needed help Jeanne was always there. Most of all Jeanne was known for her love of family, especially her two grandchildren Madelynn, and Konnor who were the sparkle in her eye. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way Frankfort, IL on Friday May 24, 2024, from 4-9pm. Funeral mass will be the following morning at St Catherine of Alexander 4100 w. 107th St. Oak Lawn, IL promptly at 10am. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery.
