Age 90, a longtime resident of Frankfort, formerly of Olympia Fields and Chicago, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020. Loving wife of George Egofske and her late first husband Robert Martin; beloved mother of James Martin, Susan (Randy) Fox, Barbara (Peter) Egofske, Theresa (Jay) Farrell and the late Joan (John) Ryan; dearest stepmother of Dave (Ruth) Egofske, Jim (Anna) Egofske, Mark (Susan) Egofske, Julie (Kevin) Cassidy, Maggie (Mark) Jager and John (Louise) Egofske; cherished grandmother of David, Laura, Peter, Kelly, Sarah, Daniel, Julia, and Jack; dear great grandmother of Luke, Kate, Effie and Charlotte; fond step-grandmother of Anna, Kayla, Leah, Anna, Julienne, Elise, Nolan, Brayden, Kaitlin, Madi, Will, Josie, and Ryan; dear step great grandmother of Sophie, Charlie, and Dean. Elizabeth worked as a Wedding Consultant for Carson’s and was a member of Olympia Fields Woman’s Club. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church 7656 Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Monday, December 7, 2020, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Susan G. Komer Breast Cancer Research would be appreciated.
