Eleanor K. Payne, age 85, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones.
She is survived by her children Dawn (Lawrence) Auld and Joseph McClellan; siblings, Nina West, Eva (Troy) Stidham, Art Peterson and Carl Peterson; Grandchilden Josh (Gabriela) Auld, Nicole Fender, Joseph McClellan and Ashley McClellan; Great-grandchildren Joshua, Lily, Charlie, Ben and Joey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her spouse Warren “Skip” Payne, her parents Anton and Sylvia “Babe” Peterson, her brothers Louis, Raymond, Lyle “Buzz”, Ivan and Robert; and her loving grandson Larry “Oscar” Auld.
Eleanor was an avid four leaf clover hunter, butterfly collector and loved sewing decorations for her family.
