94 of New Lenox passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013 at his home. Born in Chicago to the late Patrick J. and Monica (nee Anthony) O'Malley; Husband of Lorraine (nee Brunke); Father of Loreen (the late Richard) Giniat, Terence (LeAnn) O'Malley and Diane (Louis) Kissinger; Grandfather of Christine (Timothy) Lehman, Stephen (Alicha) Giniat, Raymond (Stephanie) O'Malley, Jimmie O'Malley, Ryan, Matthew, Mark and Kyle Kissinger; Great grandfather of 10 and Great-great grandfather of two; Brother of Patricia Szeszycki and Betty Richard and deceased siblings, John "Bud", Raymond, Sr. Mary Merici, Nelle Fluor and Margaret "Peg" Nwos. Edward was a WWII U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the New Lenox VFW. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 3-9PM. Funeral Service Thursday, September 26, 2013 with chapel prayers at 10:15AM to St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox, IL 60451 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre, Alsip.
