99, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016 at St. James Hospital, Chicago Heights. Edna was born in Chicago to the late Pietr and Stella (nee Jankowski) Wojtyska. Beloved wife of the late Henry Lewandowski; loving mother of the late Richard (Shirley); JoAnne (late Joseph) Salomon, Tom (Tina), Ted (LaVerne), Robert (Barbara), Henry (Maureen), Henrietta (Kenneth) Frahm, Dorothy (late Michael) O'Connor, and Don (Luci); cherished grandmother of 24 and great grandmother of 40; dear sister of 12 brothers and sisters who preceded her in death; fond aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 11:30am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30pm. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City.
