EDITH R. AMBROSINI

Age 93, of Crest Hill, formerly of Lockport passed away Sunday, December 11th, 2011 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home in Joliet.

Edith is survived by her loving family, children, Walter (Agnes) Crosby, Irene DeCarlo, William Ambrosini, Joseph (Mary) Ambrosini, siblings, Genevieve Forsythe, Olivia Dorazio, 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Edith was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ferdinand Ambrosini, siblings, Art Roncher, Lewis Roncher, William Roncher, Lena Caprini, Alda Williams and grandson Ricky Crosby.

Edith was a former employee of Western Electric and Southern Fried Bakery. She was also a member of Calvary Apostolic Church in Romeoville.

Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, on Wednesday, December 14th, 2011 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM and again on Thursday, December 15th, 2011 at Calvary Apostolic Church, 16 Baker Circle, Romeoville, from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service at 10:00 AM.
