Deanna Polakowski, age 69, a resident of Frankfort formerly of Chicago, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Loving wife of Thomas Polakowski; beloved mother of Robert Brown; proud grandmother of Claire Brown; cherished daughter of the late Jack and Dolores Mason; dearest sister of Deborah Nawracaj; dearest aunt of Amy Nawracaj and Lauren Nawracaj; fond great aunt of Breana Nawracaj. Deanna was a human resource manager at Illinois College of Optometry. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
