DANIEL P. O'LEARY, SR.

Age 59, of New Lenox, passed away on Tuesday, July 12th, 2016.

Daniel is survived by his loving family, children, Kelly O'Leary, Danny (Mia Dauparas) O'Leary, girlfriend, Terri Ellickson, former wife, Julie O'Leary, siblings, Maureen (Edwin) Kwiatowski, Nancy Simon, Thomas (Carol) O'Leary, Dennis O'Leary, Eileen (Don) Major, grandson, Kamden Dauparas, many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas & Betty O'Leary (Pooler).

Daniel was a long time member of St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox. He retired from UPS as a Manager after 33 years of service. Daniel was greatly loved by his many close friends and family.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Sunday, July17th, 2016 from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral service, Monday, July 18th, 2016 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 West 2nd Avenue, New Lenox, IL 60451 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
