Clementine R. Thorp (nee Bloom) 90, of Tinley Park passed away February 25, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Thorp, survived by former husband Dale Campbell Sr.; loving mother of Susan (Dan) Panozzo, Nancy (Larry) Pufahl, Dale Warren Campbell (Melissa VanDyke), The late Jeffrey Campbell, and Lisa (Terry) Culver; proud grandma of Lauren (Bill) Valentine, Brian (Arte) Pufahl, Jeffrey (Amber) Panozzo, Corey Panozzo, Andrew Culver, Jacob Culver, Alex Culver, and Marissa Culver; great grandma of Mackenzie and Cora Valentine; dear sister of the late Robert Bloom, and the late Marion Chatfield. Clementine retired from school district 210, Andrew High School as a secretary. As an avid book reader early in life she learned to use and love her tablet to read books. Clementine loved to celebrate holidays, and birthdays with family and friends always making everyone feel special. Everyone always loved her baking, and candy. Shipshewana Indiana was always a fun “girls trip”. On top of being a “snowbird”, she loved trips to Hawaii, and fishing in Wisconsin. You could always hear Clementine singing or humming her favorite song “Enjoy yourself, it’s later than you think”.
A celebration of life service will be held on May 11, 2024 at St Johns Cemetery Mokena, IL **time to be determined**
