CHRISTINE L. RAFT-SCHULTZ

Christine L. Raft-Schultz, age 51, passed away suddenly on October 9th, 2021 in Delray Beach, Florida.

Christine is survived by her loving fiancé, John Presbitero; her beloved son, Nicholas Raft-Murphy; her “Mommie Dearest”, Patricia Armstrong (nee Vlcek Raft); cherished sister, Tami Warchol (nee Raft) and loving nephews, Alexander & Daniel Warchol.

Christine was a dedicated and caring nurse. She worked in the ER, as a floor nurse, and in a doctor’s office until she found her dream job as Director of Nursing. She had a special place in her heart for her patients, as well as her coworkers.

Christine always had an “Oh, wait til you hear this” story, a great sense of humor, and her sarcasm and quick wit were second to none! She had a passion for decorating for the change of seasons (even though they didn’t change much in Florida). Thanksgiving and Christmas were her favorite holidays, and she made the adjustment to celebrating in the Florida sunshine instead of the Chicago winters.

Christine left a lasting impression on everyone she met and will be dearly missed. She would definitely want us laughing until we cry, remembering her as the fun, crazy, sarcastic, loving person she was.
