CHERYL L. CZUCHRA

Age 60, of Lockport, passed away Thursday, September 4th, 2014 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.
Cheryl is survived by her loving family, children, Sara Malecki, Jason Meiers, siblings, Rosemary (Robert) Thompson, Colleen (Patrick) Costello, Gayle (Joseph) Grozik, Eileen (James) Ware, grandchildren, Brady Malecki, Liam Kantor and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence & Colleen Reh (Davies).
Cheryl was a former employee of Christian Brothers Services in Romeoville.
Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, IL 60441 on Wednesday, September 10th 2014 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Interment will be private.
