Charles Edward Hart, age 62, of Lake Village, IN, formerly of Mokena and Joliet, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018. He is survived by his loving family; mother Dorothy Hart; children Christine Hart, Charles (Ai) Hart, Joseph Hart and Tanya Hart; siblings Anita (Art) Lake and Dennis Hart; grandchildren Kyle Hart, Adam Hart, Kevin Hart, Lillian Crutchfield and Kai Hart; former wife Donna Hart; survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Charles Hart, siblings Michael Hart and Jeanine Fawley. A memorial visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 10:00 AM until time of memorial service at 12:30 PM.
