Carol E. Fuerst 63, longtime resident of New Lenox, was born in Evergreen Park to Kieran and Dolores Fogarty and passed away May 28, 2024. Beloved wife of Gregory Fuerst; loving mother of Brendan Fuerst; dear sister of Lorraine Fogarty, Kieran (Glo) Fogarty, Madeline (Richard Kerley) Fogarty, Catherine (Chris) Ruff, and Mary Ellen (Bill) Ruane; fond aunt of Claire (Nick) Resuta, Kassandra Ruane, Jake Ruff, Mary Ruff, Joshua Fuerst, Seth Fuerst, Rachel Fuerst, Kara Fuerst, Cody Fuerst, Matthew Fuerst, and Casey Fuerst; great aunt of John Resuta. godmother of Nicholas Dilallo. A memorial visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox IL on Thursday June 6, 2024 from 2-8pm. Chapel service will be the following morning at the funeral home at 11am.
