Banther, age 83 of Mokena formerly of Beecher passed away on October 31, 2019; loving husband of Caroyln (Field) Banther and his late first wife Wanda Banther (Blackwell); beloved father of Carla (Dave) Milton, Kellene (Jeff) Urbaniak and Roger (Joys) Banther; dearest step father of Darla (Steve) Hale, Deborah Ruhl and the late Donald Jones; dear brother of Judy Bonus, David Banther, late Charles Banther and late Roy Banther; cherished grandfather of Olivia, Jake, Abbey, Daniel, Gillian and Declan; fond step grandfather of Joe Gray. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM. interment will be private.
