Brian G. Hite

Brian Hite, age 66, passed away peacefully at home in Mokena, on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 with his family by his side.

Brian is survived by his son, Adam (Kristi) Hite; grandchildren, Brandee, Adelyn, Brooklyn, and Kyan; and his sister Laurie (Russell) Peak.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Marie Hite.

Brian will be remembered for being a very caring, generous, and thoughtful person, who always put others before himself, and was a true man of his word. Brian loved taking vacations. Whether that was fishing in Canada or the Florida Keys, he just loved being on the water. He also had a passion for motorcycles and cars along with a passion for classic rock concerts, which he attended many. He was also a passionate sports fan, being a season ticket holder for the Chicago Bulls, Bears, Blackhawks and White Sox for many years. He was a kind man and will be missed deeply by all that knew him.

Services for Brian will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road in New Lenox, with a memorial visitation from 11am until the time of the memorial service at 4pm.
