Brett M. Milbratz

Age 28, of Mokena, passed away Sunday, July 5th, 2026 at his home.

Brett is survived by his loving family, parents, Keith & Lee Ann Milbratz (Marek), grandmother, Blossom Marek, aunts and uncles, Richard (JoAnn) Milbratz, Belinda (Dan) Bierwirth, many cousins and greatly loved by his incredibly close-knit group of friends.

Brett was preceded in death by his grandparents, George & Violet Milbratz, aunt and uncle, Patricia (Earl) Vraney.

Brett was a graduate of Lincoln Way East High School, University of Iowa and employed by Northern Trust in Chicago. He was an avid sports fan who loved supporting the Green Bay Packers, the Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Blackhawks. Brett’s family is requesting that you wear your favorite sport jersey to the visitation and services and in lieu of flowers; attend a sporting event with a friend or meet up with a friend for a drink.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Sunday, July 12th, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral service, Monday, July 13th, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
