Bill Taaffe
Age 89, of Frankfort, formerly of Riverdale, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at his home in Frankfort. Loving husband of Jean Taaffe (Doherty); beloved son of the late John and late Margaret (McCanna) Taaffe; dearsest father of Terri ( Bill) Mirenic, Bill (Kim Parrish) Taaffe, Janice (Tim) Kirk, Barbara (Conrad) Sobol, late Thomas (Pam) Taaffe and Marilyn (Michael) Paez; fond brother of the late Joseph (late Dorothy) Taaffe and late Robert (late Jean) Taaffe; proud grandfather of 17 grandchilren and 8 great grandchildren; fond uncle of several nieces and nephews. Bill was a Transportation Manager and a member of the Knights of Columbus. A Memorial Mass will be held, at St. Mary Catholic Church 19515 115th Ave, Mokena IL 60448 on Thursday, February 6th, 2020 at 11:00 AM Interment will follow to Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
