Betty Jean "Jeannie" Casper

Betty Jean “Jeannie” Casper, 71 of Heartis in Orland Park since 2021, longtime resident of Bridgeview, passed away on July 9, 2025 at Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital. Jeanie was survived by her daughter, Autum (Paul Sosa) Casper of Canada; sisters: Kathy (late Gary) Tietyen, Toni (David) Harrison, Brenda (Jerry) Charaska, and April (Lloyd) Risenhoover; many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and friends. Born to Elizabeth “Betty” Griffo late 2021 and Anthony Griffo late 2022. Jeannie worked for Affiliated Oncology of Chicago Ridge in medical billing until her retirement in 2021. She loved her family and being a “Pet Mom” especially her late cat Zelda. Jeannie was a foodie, enjoyed puzzles, awards shows, watching dancing with the stars. In memory of Jeanie donations may be directed to P.A.W.S. recognizing her love of animals, of Chicago or Tinley Park, raise a pina colada high for her!
