Barbara K. Malcheff

Barbara K. Malcheff (Kuhl)
89 of Frankfort formerly of Homewood, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at her home. Barbara was born in Chicago to the late Ken and Marion (Johnson) Kuhl. Beloved wife of the late George “Bud” Malcheff; loving mother of Sue (Jerry) Wessel and Julie Malcheff; cherished grandmother of Kaylee Wessel and Ali Wessel; dear sister of the late Bob Kuhl; one niece and two nephews also survive. Barbara loved teaching for many years at area schools including Parker Junior High School. She enjoyed spending time at the Skyline Pool and was an avid Bridge player. In lieu of flowers memorials in Barbara’s name to Heritage Baptist Church, Frankfort, IL would be appreciated. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, Frankfort on Sunday, January 30, 2022, from 2:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 3:00 PM. Interment will be private.
