Age 83 of Tinley Park passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox, IL. Anne was born in Franklin Park, IL to the late Frank C. Hohmeier and Lorraine (nee Olsen) Hohmeier. Beloved wife of Patrick J. Whited; loving mother of Patrick (Ruth) Whited, Kevin (Susan) Whited, Thomas (Karen Sawinski) Whited, Gregory (Renee) Whited, Charles Whited, Elizabeth (Shaun) Kuhn, and the late Lynn Marie Whited; cherished grandmother of Amber (Ralph) Durham, Katelyn (Aaron) Vickner, Gregory Whited, Allison (Jon) Golden, Margaret (Norman) Neeley, Eileen Whited, Katherine (Brenden) Luif, Stefanie Whited, Thomas (Skyler) Whited, Hanna Whited, Abigail Whited, Stephen Whited, Zack (Tiffany) Silerzio, Andrew (Olivia) Whited, Matthew Whited, Anne Bruner, and Devin Kuhn; numerous great grandchildren; loved aunt, cousin, and friend of many. Anne was an avid reader. She loved to cook, and she was an extremely talented artist and writer. She enjoyed cooking for and spending time with family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Frances Rd., New Lenox, IL on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 2:00 PM. Interment will be private.
