Age 78, of New Lenox, passed away, Friday, March 16th, 2018 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice House in Joliet.

Anne is survived by her loving family, sons, David (Margaret) Butkus, Jr., Michael (Patricia) Butkus, John (Cheryl) Butkus, Thomas Butkus, nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, siblings, Dorothy (James) Callahan, Ruth (George) Skuturna, Colleen Lacey and Kathleen (Ron) Getto.

Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Mabel McCue (Schmilke), husband, David Butkus, Sr., son, Daniel Butkus, sister, Bobette Michalowski and brother-in-law Brian Lacey.

Anne was a member of St. Jude Church in New Lenox.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, March 23rd, 2018 from 3:00 PM until time of the funeral service at 7:00 PM.
