Age 85, of Mokena, IL., passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2015 in Palos Heights. Beloved wife of the late Carmen J. Petro; loving mother of Concetta "Connie" (Rick) Starczewski and Mary (Michael) Kimmey; cherished grandmother of Beth (fiancé Tim Craig) and Lauren Starczewski; dear sister of the late Gus Tacialis; fond aunt of Thomas, Richard, Lucille, and the late Gregory; and sister-in-law of Mary (Sam) Vinci, late Louis Petro, Josephine Petro, and Rose (Bob) Hardek; also survived by numerous caring nieces and nephews. Anna was a member of the ladies club at the American Legion Gold Star Post # 1102. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 Monday, March 9, 2015 from 3:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral service, Tuesday, March 10, 2015 with chapel prayers at 9:30AM to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL 60451 for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
