Age 83, of Frankfort formerly longtime of Country Club Hills, passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2013. She is survived by her loving family; children, David (Judy) Zajac, Scott (Corinne) Zajac, Patricia Schroeder, Thomas Zajac, Nancy Monahan, Rita Zajac, Mary (Mark) Feldmeier and Liz (Karl) Johnson; sister Margaret Clements; 18 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Zajac, son Michael Zajac; parents Patrick and Nora (nee Meehan) Gaughan; siblings Tom Gaughan, Patrick Gaughan, Betty Manning and Barbara Harenburg. She was a member of St. Emeric Catholic Church and P.A.D.S. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423, Monday, February 25, 2013, from 3:00 to 9:00 PM.
