Wayne W. Marz

Wayne W. Marz, age 81, passed away on April 1, 2023 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Wayne is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Susan (nee Zander) Marz; children, Steven (Michelle) Marz, Scott Marz, and Kevin (Debbie) Marz; grandchildren, Tim (Marissa) Marz, Tyler (Ashley) Marz, Kayla Marz; great-grandchildren, Dominic Marz and Sam Marz; brother, Denise Marz; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents.

He will be remembered for being a hard worker. He was an avid golfer, and deeply loved his M&M’s and frozen Twinkies. He lived by his manuals, and always had to follow instructions to a T. Overall else he loved his family.

Services for Wayne will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. in New Lenox, from 3pm until the time of the service at 7:30pm.
