74, of New Lenox, passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home, Joliet. Warren was born in Joliet to the late Vernon and Alice (nee Kochel) Bormet. Beloved husband of almost 51 years of Gloria (nee Perry); loving father of Jennifer Rosenburg and Amanda (Christopher) Rebout; cherished Papa of Addison and Alexander Rosenburg, and Niall Rebout; dear brother of Wendell Bormet, the late Frances (late Jim) Ezell, Carolyn (Floyd) Combes, Wilbur Bormet, and Wayne Bormet; loved uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Warren was retired from Triple G Transport, Lockport, IL where he was a truck driver. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. In lieu of flowers memorials in Warren’s name to Joliet Area Community Hospice or the Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 3pm – 8pm. Funeral Services Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Interment with full military honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. Social distancing and masks are MANDATORY for ALL in attendance. No food allowed in the funeral home.
