Wanda Ann O'Connell (nee Rosine)
86, of New Lenox, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014. Wanda was born in Sturgis, MI to the late Hershel and Joyce (nee Royer) Rosine. She is survived by her loving family; her children, Michael (Nancy) O'Connell, Thomas (Lynn) Beard, Janet (Kenneth) Mauge, Joan (Jim) Wiers, Andrew O'Connell and Joseph (Lisa) O'Connell; 10 grandchildren; a sister Jean Huling. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. O'Connell and two grandchildren. Wanda was a 76 year resident of Battle Creek, MI before moving to New Lenox, IL. She was a retired from the Battle Creek Public Schools where she spent 25 years as an Accountant. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Monday, May 26, 2014 from 10AM until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.
